My yoga students and I always thank each other at the end of a class.

They  are grateful for the teachings and I am grateful for their presence,  for making the effort to come to class, for giving me the motivation to  get classes ready for them, for making sure I spread a message of peace  and unity.

There is no better feeling than seeing students growing and improving, class after class.

Yoga Classes

Daily drop in yoga classes 2020:

 January : 8am.

February: Times to be confirmed

March: 7.30am 

Later dates to be confirmed

Please check our monthly schedule as times vary according to the retreat we are running on the specific week/month.

Classes are of the duration of 90 minutes.

Fees:

1 drop in class: 200 baht

3 classes pass: 500 baht (valid 1 week)

6 classes pass: 1000 baht (valid 2 weeks)
