Marga Yoga  provides 200 hours training courses based on teachings of Ashtanga Yoga Hatha yoga – Vinyasa Flow giving  detailed teachings on asana’s (Yoga Postures), meditation, Pranayama,  yoga philosophy, yoga anatomy physiology, alignment-adjustment, teaching  methodology. 


 In 200 hours yoga TTC students learn the basics of Ashtanga yoga and  the complete Ashtanga yoga primary series as well as Hatha Yoga:
