 Hatha Yoga includes most yoga styles. It is a system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace  to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices  such as meditation.

 Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with  asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time

Yoga Break Program

This short break explores the difference between Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga, the benefits and contraindications of each posture and with different conditions. 


The first day starts at 2pm with registration and a welcome drink and the last day ends at 2pm after lunch.


The program includes 2 daily yoga classes (Hatha & Yin) &, 2 daily meditation classes on full days and one on the first and last day, 3 Yoga lectures , 3 daily vegetarian and vegan meals, 4 nights accommodation at a beautiful beach front resort and free time to swim or relax on the beach few steps away from your bungalow.


The program takes place from Marga Yoga House as well as from a beach front yoga shala.
